A Safe, Supported Softening
For the woman seeking surrender and the thawing of her heart. She desires the space to reconcile her story, reclaim her serenity, and soak in healing waters and sisterhood. This retreat invites you to Melt away the aches of your body and sorrows of the soul through safe, supported softening. Here you have permission to saunter away solo, gather with the group, let the tears fall, and also feel refreshing laughter reverberate through your body as friends, new and old, share silver linings in heartache, tender wisdom from life’s lessons, and cheerful stories of things, places, and people we love.

Arrival Day Rendezvous
Our Welcome Circle will be unique to this retreat: we will gather together at True Nature Healing Arts, in Carbondale, just a short drive away from the hot springs accommodations. This will give everyone a location to drive to at their leisure on Sunday morning. Here, settle in to the calming atmosphere of our retreat: enjoy a welcome smoothie from their organic cafe, take time to shop at the thoughtfully-curated boutique and stroll through the mesmerizing, all-encompassing, “Peace Garden.”
We will begin our opening ceremonies in a private space at this holistic, innovative facility, before taking our caravan through the first few miles of a stunning mountain pass. Upon arriving at Avalanche Ranch, you can be sure to unplug, zone out, and tune in to the small voice within, who is always whispering invitations for you to rest your soul.

Will you join us?
Allow yourself to welcome gentleness in the body and slow down your mind, to soak in the earth’s essence… to cultivate forgiveness in your heart as we engage in supportive sisterhood. Dance through unique yoga flows curated for those in attendance, and find presence in calming meditations, blissful downtime, and nurturing workshops.
Accommodations at this enchanting homestead venue allow for the liberty of lounging together, as well as retreating solo from time to time.
We will have a central community cabin where meals and a number of workshops will be hosted, and everyone is free to come and go from this as “home base.” This space gives slumber party vibes while still exuding a classic mountain getaway. Want to cozy up by the woodstove with a cup of tea or glass of wine? Bring your favorite cozy blanket and a book you’ve been wanting to devour, there’s time for that here!
Movement classes and additional workshops will be held daily in the rustic “Yoga Barn.”
Sleeping quarters will be arranged for attendees to stay in community cabins, private cabins, or glamping wagons that are casually scattered throughout the lightly wooded property.
Community Cabins (3-5 Women)
If you plan to come to this retreat and would like a queen bed in a private room or your own bed within a shared room, the group cabins are for you. Sign up with a friend, or get paired up with another attendee. Each cabin has an eccentric theme to match its name and includes a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and sofas. These larger community cabins will also host occasional workshops and (if staying in the central cabin) are where Chef Jax will be creating and serving our meals, yet they also lend time for personal space when needing to retreat alone.
All-Inclusive Packages for Community Cabins:
Shared Room Queen Bed: $1950
Shared Room Twin Bed: $1900
Private Room Queen Bed: $2100
Glamping Wagons (1-2 Women)
Adorable and cozy (think tiny house), these are a great option for someone who wanted to have a secluded experience at the retreat while still enjoying the company of others in the common areas. Please note they require the guest to use showers/ bathrooms in the main buildings. (Max occupancy is technically 2 people per wagon, so costs can be adjusted for people to share one, but they’re truly itty-bitty, so in this case, book with someone close).
All-Inclusive Packages for Glamping Wagons:
$1975 (Solo Occupancy)
(group of 2: $1650 per person)
Private Cabins (1-3 Women)
Whether you’re coming solo or have a friend or two you know you’d like to room with in your own space, the cabins provide an endearing atmosphere to relax in. Every cabin has unique theme to match its name, and comes with a full kitchen, dining area, shower and bathroom. The layouts vary, so each private cabin will be reserved for two attendees (coming together) to share unless otherwise requested. If you are interested in adjusting your cabin for a group of four, or upgrading to having a cabin to yourself, please contact Kelsey directly.
All-Inclusive Packages for Private/Shared Cabins:
Group of 3: $1975 per person
Group of 2: $2325 per person
