Meet the Founder,
Kelsey Maxine

Explorer • Wellness Professional • Storyteller

An enthusiastic wanderer of the Rocky Mountains, I desire to showcase, preserve and impart to visitors the long-established Colorado love & reverence for the great outdoors. I am the founder of Free Air Life LLC, which is inspired by my Norwegian heritage, and the Scandinavian concept of “Friluftsliv.”

I celebrate and often state that “We humans are far more alike than we are different.” My hope and dream is to make connections with individuals in any capacity, particularly when it comes to spending time outside, teaching yoga and imparting various mindfulness techniques.

As someone who has gathered sensory and somatic tools for self-development, I desire all people to see how applicable and available tools such as mindfulness, breathwork, perception are through the senses, bodywork, and yoga: these practices are for everyone.

Together we can approach the topic of exploring the world within; all the while adoring the natural world, honoring the physical practices of yoga and movement, and the tenderness that revolves around sacred heart-work.
